Last updated September 2026. Plain terms for using AIVIO, subscribing, and buying.
Who we are
AIVIO publishes research and analysis about AI, and sells digital products and a membership. These terms cover the website at aivio.dev and everything sold through it.
Using the site
Reading AIVIO is free. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people. Machine access to our data is available and priced on the agents endpoint; use that rather than scraping.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access. We can suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to redistribute paid material.
Membership
Membership is billed monthly or annually in advance and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months. If we change the price we will tell you before it applies to you.
Products
Products are one-off purchases of digital files. Buying one gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, including inside the company you work for. It does not let you resell it, republish it, or distribute it outside your organisation.
Refunds

Our content
Everything AIVIO publishes stays ours unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pieces or feed our paid material into a product you sell.
What we do not promise
AIVIO is analysis, not advice. It is not investment, legal, tax, or employment advice, and it should not be the only basis for a decision that matters. We work to be accurate and we correct things when we are wrong, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or current, and the site is provided as-is.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AIVIO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using AIVIO whenever you like, and cancel a membership from your account. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken. If we end your membership without cause, we refund the unused portion.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated here, and for anything that affects an active membership we will tell subscribers before it takes effect.
